Common variables

AUDIOBOOK_BASE_DIR | Base directory for storage roots. |
PLUGINS_DIR / PLUGIN_DATA_DIR | Where engines and their data live. |
XTTS_ENV_DIR | Location of the engine environment. |
TTS_API_PRIORITY | Gateway vs Studio scheduling mode. |
